Last Minute City Trip to Milaan

Just booked a city trip to Milaan with Nicole. We are leaving tomorrow morning at 7 from Schiphol with a short stop at Zurich to Milaan. We are staying 4 days to visit of course the opera and cathedral and perhaps some shopping in the fashing city of Italy. We are staying at the Andeola Hotel nearby the central station, so check it out: 4 stars really fantastic. More travel stories and of course lots of pictures will folow.

Saturday 4th of July:"watergames and BBQ at the swimming pool of Meeden. Diving club Kontiki Diving organized their yeary BBQ. It was our first time, but really nice. We met a lot of new people. Pictures aere posted below.

Saturday 8th of August 2009 - R.I.P. "Witvisje"

After a very long "goldfish life"of 8 years, our "witvisje" past away last saturday. We decided not to take another fish again, so it's just Nicole, me and "Pluisje" the rabbit left :(.

Our new car: BMW 320TD

Last month we bought a new car, a BMW 320TD Compact version with automat and BMW M-Pack. It's a car of November 2004 with 130.000km on the display. The car looks as new and it's full option, like an automat, cruise controll, air conditioning, full original BMW M-Pack with 17" wheels, body kit, BMW business radio, ipod connection, carbon inside, full sport chairs and lots more. We bought the car at Vakgarage Pekela. Check the garage pictures below. I will take more pictures soon.

2009.06.28 - Summer in the Netherlands!!!

Today again a really warm day, it's about 26 degrees now and no cloud in the sky. Just cleaning the terras and drying our diving stuff. "Pluisje" the rabbit is also enjoying the warm weather, he's playing around and laying in the shadow.

2009.06.27 - Diving@Vinkeveen

Yesterday Nicole and I went diving for our first time this year outside. The last dive was in the swimming pool in December 2008. First it was kind of new but after a minute of 10 we really enjoyed the water. We did a dive of 60 minutes with a maximum depth of 6 meters. The water was really great, 26 degrees and sunny. After our dive we went to Vinkeveen for a late lunch in the sun. Really a fantstic day. We were just in time at home for the bad weather.
